Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between hey bajji ("we", "us", "the platform") and any individual ("you", "the player", "the user") who accesses, registers on, or uses the hey bajji website and services available at hey-bajji.com and all associated sub-pages and features.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of hey bajji, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use hey bajji.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions communicated to you at the time of an offer. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall apply to that promotion only; these Terms govern all other matters.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use hey bajji, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. Failure to meet any of these criteria at any point constitutes a breach of these Terms.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. hey bajji is strictly an adult platform. Underage gambling is illegal and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering for personal, non-commercial use.
• You must not hold any other active or previously suspended account on hey bajji. Each player is limited to one account only.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on hey bajji or any other gambling platform where such exclusion extends to hey bajji.
• You must not be accessing hey bajji from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

hey bajji employs Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures to verify the identity and age of all players. We may request, at any time, documentary evidence including a copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or birth certificate, alongside proof of your registered bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay number. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

Account Registration & Security

To access real-money features on hey bajji, you are required to register an account by providing accurate and complete personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number associated with your preferred MFS provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. hey bajji is not liable for any losses or complications arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player. You must notify hey bajji immediately if any of your registered details change, particularly your mobile number linked to your MFS provider.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hey bajji login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. hey bajji will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from Account Settings for an additional layer of security.
• Never access your hey bajji account from shared, public, or unsecured Wi-Fi networks.
• Log out of your account after every session, particularly on shared devices.
• Contact hey bajji support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You may request the closure of your hey bajji account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining balance in your ৳ Taka wallet at the time of closure will be returned to your registered MFS number, provided all KYC requirements are satisfied.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on hey bajji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). hey bajji supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively via the following mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Players must use a payment method registered in their own name; third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by hey bajji, though MFS providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• Deposits are credited to your ৳ Taka wallet instantly upon confirmation from the MFS provider.
• hey bajji does not charge any fees on deposits. MFS transaction charges, if any, are levied by the MFS provider and are the player's responsibility.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once the funds have been credited to the player's wallet. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to the same MFS number used for the corresponding deposit.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) subject to completion of identity verification.
• hey bajji reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or amounts above ৳50,000.
• Funds derived from active bonuses that have not yet met the stated wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fulfilled.
• hey bajji does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges levied by the MFS provider are separate and outside our control.

Section 5

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on hey bajji is subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific rules communicated within the platform. By placing any bet or entering any game, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these rules.

hey bajji offers pre-match and live in-play betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Test and ODI series including Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sporting events. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on hey bajji:

• All odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• Bets are settled based on the official result of the event as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for BPL).
• In the event of a postponement, abandonment, or cancellation of an event, bets will be settled according to hey bajji's event-specific rules published on the betting page for that event.
• hey bajji reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a pricing error, provided the error is identified within 24 hours of the bet being placed.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event may apply. Limits are displayed on the relevant betting market.

Games available in hey bajji Casino and the instant games section (including Slots, Ludo Quick, and Dice) are operated using certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, conducted by professional dealers in a controlled studio environment. hey bajji does not manipulate game outcomes. Game-specific rules, payout percentages (RTPs), and minimum/maximum stake information are available within each game interface.

Section 6

Bonuses & Promotions

hey bajji offers bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, and promotional rewards to eligible players from time to time. These may be tied to seasonal cricket events such as BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup seasons, as well as Bangladeshi cultural occasions including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms and any specific terms stated at the time of each offer.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may be subject to specific eligibility criteria such as minimum deposit amounts, account age, or verified status.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any bonus-derived funds or winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each offer's individual terms.
• Bonus funds and wagering requirements expire within the time limit stated in the specific offer. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• hey bajji reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotional offer at any time, provided that bets already placed under the original terms of an offer are not retrospectively affected.
• Only one bonus may be active per player account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Players who are found to have abused bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics — will have their bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited and may have their accounts suspended.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on hey bajji. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended, their funds withheld pending investigation, and may be permanently banned from the platform. hey bajji reserves the right to report any relevant conduct to appropriate authorities.

• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on hey bajji, whether personally or through a third party, is strictly prohibited.
• Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud hey bajji or other players through false information, manipulated payment transactions, or falsified documentation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip-dumping in poker-style games.
• Prohibited Software: Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, VPNs used to mask location or circumvent restrictions, or any software designed to give an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Match Fixing & Corruption: Placing bets based on inside information related to match fixing or sporting corruption. Such activity will be immediately reported to relevant sporting authorities.
• Third-Party Payments: Depositing or withdrawing funds using a payment method not registered in your own name. All financial transactions must use accounts belonging to the registered player.
• Underage Access: Attempting to access or use hey bajji if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor to the platform in any way.

Section 8

Responsible Gaming

hey bajji is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. We provide a range of tools and resources designed to help players stay in control of their gaming activity. These tools are available to all registered players at any time via Account Settings and carry no stigma or penalty for use.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly ৳ Taka deposit caps. Limits are applied immediately and can only be decreased without a waiting period. Increases require a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum gaming session duration. You will receive a warning when approaching your limit, and the platform will automatically log you out when the limit is reached.

Section 9

Intellectual Property

All content on the hey bajji platform — including but not limited to the hey bajji brand name, logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, software, text, images, audio, video, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of hey bajji or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hey bajji platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the hey bajji platform or its content without our prior written consent.

Game content and software provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing terms. hey bajji operates these games under valid commercial licences from each provider.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hey bajji, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, even if hey bajji has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

hey bajji's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• hey bajji does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.
• hey bajji is not responsible for any telecommunications, network, or device failures that prevent you from accessing the platform or placing a bet within a desired time frame.
• hey bajji is not liable for any losses you incur as a result of your own gambling decisions, including bets placed in error or under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
• hey bajji does not accept liability for the actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or MFS providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Section 11

Amendments to These Terms

hey bajji reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the hey bajji platform at the time of login. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the hey bajji platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team at [email protected].

Minor amendments — such as clarifications of existing provisions, corrections of typographical errors, or updates to contact information — may be made without specific player notification, provided they do not materially alter your rights or obligations under these Terms.

Section 12

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. hey bajji is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly, transparently, and in a timely manner.

• Step 1 — Contact Support: In the first instance, all disputes should be raised directly with the hey bajji support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 2 hours (BST, UTC+6) and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your concern is not resolved to your satisfaction at Step 1, you may submit a formal written complaint to our compliance team at the same email address, clearly marked "Formal Complaint". We will issue a full written response within 10 business days.
• Step 3 — Independent Review: If the formal complaint process does not produce a satisfactory resolution, hey bajji may, at its discretion, refer the matter to an independent third-party adjudicator. Details of any applicable third-party dispute resolution service will be communicated at this stage.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be lawfully excluded. hey bajji is committed to operating as a safe, fair, and reliable platform for all players in Bangladesh.
